Important milestones of our school
Kuruvangad girls that had been jointly founded by Sri Vazhayil Onakkan Vaidiar and Sri Vayanari Rarichan Vaidiar in the year 1919 was subsequently renamed as Kuruvangad Central U P School. In the beginning only girls where admitted but later in 1920 boys were also admitted in the school .In the academic year 1920- 21, 68 students including 52 girls and16 boys were enrolled.This is a clear indication that during this period, residents of this region were very much aware of the education of the girls.
